Digital Products (Templates, Kits, Downloads)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final once a file has been downloaded or accessed. We're glad to help troubleshoot access issues, corrupted files, or product questions — reach out and we'll make it right.

Custom Design & Website Services

• A non-refundable deposit is required to begin custom work, securing your place in the queue.
• Once a project is underway, remaining payments are non-refundable, as they cover time and work already completed.
• If a project is cancelled before work begins, the deposit may be credited toward a future purchase at our discretion.

Studio Care Plans (Monthly Retainers)

Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable.
